This portion of the Privacy and Cookies Policy applies solely to persons outside of the United States (“consumers” or “you”). Bridge Logistics operates its website(s) primarily in the United States. By using any Bridge Logistics site, you agree to have your personal data stored, processed, and transferred in the United States, and to allow Bridge Logistics to use and collect your information in accordance with this Privacy and Cookies Policy and pursuant to the laws and regulations that apply in the United States.

Exercising Access/Know, Correction, and Deletion Rights

You may request to exercise your rights regarding your personal information as follows:

We cannot fulfill requests if we cannot verify your identity or authority. We will only use personal information provided in the request for verification purposes.

Response Timeline

If required by applicable law, we will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. If more time is necessary (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Responses will cover the 12-month period preceding your request. For access/know requests, we will provide the requested information in a portable format, allowing easy transmission.

We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to verifiable consumer requests unless they are excessive, repetitive, or unfounded. If we determine a fee is required, we will provide you with a cost estimate before proceeding.

Requests Made Through Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf by providing written permission or a power of attorney. Before accepting such a request, we will require proof of authorization. Additionally, you may be asked to verify your identity or confirm your consent directly with us.

Sale, Sharing, and Disclosure of Personal Information

Bridge Logistics does not sell or share personal information, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, we may disclose personal information to third parties for legitimate business purposes, such as:
