Work Anniversaries
This quarter, we celebrated the following work anniversaries!
1 year: Jacob McEachern, Jon Watkins, and Logan Miller.
2 years: Gabe Guzzo, Katie Palmer, Ryan Browne, and Alex Gray.
3 years: Levi Wick, Abby Johnston, and Evonne Shirzadegan.
8 years: Jordan Widmeyer.

Office Celebrations
This quarter we held many office holiday celebrations.
This Halloween, we hosted a fun Spirit Week, including Sports Day, Dress Like a Coworker Day, Wear Pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness, Halloween Costume Day, and Bridge Day.
In November, we celebrated Thanksgiving with a Thanksgiving potluck to show our gratitude for our amazing team.
To get into the Christmas spirit, we held a mini Holiday Week filled with festive activities. Events included a cookie contest, pajama day, and our Christmas party packed with fun games, contests, and challenges.

What brought you to Bridge?
“I was in search of a role that would increase my autonomy and challenge/build on my current skillset. After my initial interview with Jarred, I was confident that Bridge would be a good fit for me.”
What do you enjoy most about your job?
“As someone who is curious and loves learning, my favorite part about my job is that I learn something new every day and that my team members are a primary source of industry knowledge for me.”
What are your professional goals for the next few years?
“I am currently in school, so I am still working on my bachelor’s degree. I would like to pursue and cultivate leadership at Bridge while continuing my higher education. I would also be interested in creating and/or participating in a woman’s leadership group in the workplace.”
What’s one piece of advice you would give to a new hire?
“Don’t stress about learning everything industry specific quickly, you will be supported along your journey. Be open and receptive to change and pivoting in the workplace.”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“I enjoy lifting weights, reading, taking walks in nature, reading, and more.”
Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
“Some of my special interests include astrology, psychology, personal wellness, music, and podcasts.”
How has Bridge impacted your career?
Since I’ve started at Bridge, I’ve learned so many skills that will help me in my career. From operations, delegation, negotiation, sales, to self-leadership, and more.”
